| PRICES - Prices listed are for the Wholesale Trade ONLY, F.O.B. our nursery, and are subject to change without notice. | |
| TERMS - All sales are cash unless credit arrangements are made in advance. Credit can be arranged by complying with the Florida Agricultural License and Bond Law and by submitting a credit application for investigation (allow 30 days for approval). For customers with credit, our terms are: Payment due on the 10th of the month following purchase. Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% service charge per month which is an annual rate of 18%. A $25.00 service charge will be charged for returned checks. Customer agrees to pay any and all reasonable collection expenses, including attorney fees and court costs, should such action become necessary to effect settlement. | |
| DELIVERIES - Can be arranged on our trucks, inquire at the office concerning scheduling and terms. | |
| LIABILITY - Kingswood Nurseries Inc. warrants to the extent of the purchase price that all nursery stock is sold true to name and as described within recognized tolerances. We give no other or further warranty expressed or implied. Because we recycle pots, our container sizes may very greatly. Therefore, our listed container sizes are for reference only and should not be used as an indication of the volume. | |
| DEPOSITS - A deposit and firm delivery date must accompany any order for future delivery or pick up. For conditions, contact our office. | |
| CREDIT ON EMPTY CONTAINERS - Recycling is an important issue in our world today. We would like to do our part in recycling plastic containers; therefore, we will give you credit towards your next plant purchase for empty containers. We reserve the right to limit the quantity we take back at any one time. | |
| DISCOUNTS - Wholesale cash purchases of picked up plant material in excess of $300.00 make take a 5% discount. (Discount does not apply to Podocarpus Pringilii.) | |
